Are you located close to public transport?
- Yes, we are located just five minutes from the Joondalup Train station.
Will you pick-up and drop-off customers, if required?
- Yes, we offer pick up and drop of by mutual agreement of customers (not vehicles) from Joondalup Train Station. Whilst we always try to accommodate our customers with this free service in some cases this may not be possible.
Do you supply roadside assistance?
- Yes, all of our vehicles come with 24-hour roadside assistance for your total peace of mind.
What does your insurance cover and do you supply it?
- Yes, we do supply free, fully comprehensive damage cover and use an insurance company, enabling us to offer offer quality and the best insurance cover for your peace of mind. Our vehicles are insured with an insurance company unlike some other hire firms who are self-insured and offer conditional and restricted damage cover.
How many kilometres do we get per day?
- Unlimited kms rates available for hires of 7 days or more on request.
With hiring a car, there are always extra or hidden costs... what are yours?
- We have no hidden costs. Our rates will be fully explained to you and what we agree upon is what you pay!
What are your Business Hours?
- We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
